I learnt many years ago studying cognitive behavioral sciences is that in communication ‘she who sets the frame runs the game.’ In the training it was called the ‘Frame Game’ and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we are having frames set on top of us every other day. The game has changed completely, the question is how are you going to respond to it.
Today I promised I would address the secrets of success regarding the best mindset/motivations to have to run a scaled mature business. However, a global event is in play that I felt was my responsibility to address today. Therefore I defer to next week and we will take a strong focus on the secrets of success to beat the COVID-19 virus right here and right now. Let’s go!
Today we address the key attitudes for Startup Success as highlighted by Fingerprint for Success and their 15-year quantitative and 2-year qualitative study concluded in 2013 and published in 2016.
Today is a big day!
Today for the first time we are sharing a Super Secret of Success that typically only our high paying Corporate Clients get access to. One of the best kept secrets in business, the discovery of your deep unconscious programs/motivations and your very own Fingerprint for Success in business.
Are there specific entrepreneurial attitudes and motivations that influence business success? For investors, founders, business leaders and boards alike this is the million or even billion-dollar question.
A world-first 15-year qualitative and quantitative study completed in 2013 by Founder and CEO of Fingerprint for Success, Michelle Duval has discovered some answers to this big question above:
Welcome to the Matrix of your Mind. I have introduced you to the following principles this year that will help you to be successful in your endeavors in 2020. Let’s take a look at some of them:
Last week we deep-dived into finding your drivers or core values in the different contexts of your life. Our values are deeply unconscious and are in charge of our emotions, decisions and ultimately our behavior. They are the criteria we make choices upon in any given context. What is super important to us is where we spend our time, and where we spend our time drives our behavior. So our values govern our behavior.
Within our hard drive, or unconscious, we have software running, just like in our computer. These are programs that the unconscious uses to create our perception, experience, and behaviours, or in other words, the outputs. A computer does not work unless information is put into it, and then it creates an output. The same goes for us. Information is coming in through our five senses, and we then filter this information unconsciously through our unconscious mind, and on the screen of our mind, we get an experience. This experience is made up of pictures we see, sounds we hear, feelings we feel, both internally and externally, smells, tastes, and our internal dialogue or self- talk.
One of the most important things you can learn, if not THE most important thing you can learn in your life is how you work as a human being. We are not born with a user’s manual for the human brain. We are not taught how to get the best out of ourselves in all the years we go to school. Unless we are curious and seek to find out how to improve ourselves we may never know.
How can you proactively work with the most powerful computer in the world, your own self, to create top performance and achieve the results you want?
The way to do this is to work with your programs, the filters that determine your experience. What sort of movie is being projected onto the screen of your mind? As a consultant and coach, the most effective way to create change is to work with the person’s inner game and help them reprogram their software to create the results they want. If you are not getting what you want, you have some reprogramming to do in your own software.
