I had a clear message from two different sources about the same thing. Yes I was listening and paying attention so I got it. One came from the Facebook Live session I was a panelist on called ‘Cultivating a Productive Mindset’ with Alicia Dunams. The other from a movie called ‘Before I Fall.’ I highly recommend all to see this.

If you know me you will have heard me say before that “the next moment is not guaranteed for any one of us.” This is the truth, we are only as good as our next heartbeat and the strength of our immune system each day.

Some of us only have one day to live and the truth is that when we rise each morning we don’t know if this day will be that day. The message I got today is it’s what we do with this day, with this moment and every moment that counts.

“The whole point of growing up is learning to stay on the laughing side.” ― Lauren Oliver, Before I Fall

You have a choice how to meet each moment in life. To bring fear, cruelty, anger, and a whole melting pot of mind into each moment. Or you can just stop minding (doing mind) and bring Love to the game of life, to the people you meet, and to no matter what comes your way.

Disclaimer: except when you need to protect yourself from physical or mental/emotional harm, then either defend yourself or get the hell out of there.

What you give out comes back to you multiplied, cause and effect dear Watson. So why would you be anything less than Love, Kindness and Joy. If this was your last day on earth, would you make it a day full of Love and Warmth?

My challenge to you this week is to leave a legacy of Love everyday. Start each day with the question, “how can I make this day the greatest day ever?” and set about doing it. Be the love you seek in the world and see how life changes for you and all you touch.
